A 2nd - New PBP RP ideas wanted!

Since our other PBP is moving really slowly I thought we might open a new one that everyone who wants to can join, and put forward their ideas for how it should play out. (not that were closing the other one)

So before we get to sign-ups give us your ideas on when (during the Cold War) the mission will take place and where and what the objective is.

Those who have master/apprentice pairings can use this as an opportunity to interact with each other in a good environment

So ideas guys:

It will be fairly casual, but also fairly active (hopefully) - you may need only to post every couple or days or so. Its great that your interested, perhaps before we come up with ideas people should say if their interested or not; I know we have a members who are interesed in RP and I hope they will also register their interest, ideally it would be great to get as many as we can to join in.

I'd love to take part, so sign me up!

I hope we can continue our other one though... i'll try and add another part today.

I'll start thinking of some ideas, I hope the others are also willing to join this RP too.

I'm up for this as well, I haven't been posting in the other thread because I wanted to give everyone else a chance to put something down.

i plan on waiting for this RP to start, because i just can't think of how to integrate my character into the first one.

You could start in the mess hall, or some crew quarters and have your character reflect on his arrival to the Nightmare Crucible and the briefing
Then go from there.

Exactly, its quite easy; you've got a setting and a starting point as well as allot of characters and surroundings laided out for you.

And its great everyone is interested, hopefully others will be too.

I'm thinking we should start something where our characters really interact with each other, sort of a way to build up our community here since the game hasn't been released yet.

I don't have any ideas for a setting yet, though.

I like this idea. I'd suggest Dromund Kaas or Korriban

yeah having the characters interact a bit more would be a awesome addition.

Great... and although Korriban and Dromund Kaas are good starting points their quite limited on which way we can go. We could perhaps go in the direction of dealing not only with the Republic but Crime Syndicates like the Hutts and the Exchange as well - that would also give those taking part other types of charactors to have fun with.

Well we could always start on Dromund Kaas then as the story goes on we go on missions together and, likr you said, take out a few Hutts, maybe even the Exchange's leadership.

Yeah that's the short of it. I think 'take out a few hutts' makes it sound a little to speedy lol, but that's the basis.

If we feature the Exchange/Cartel etc if its possible as well as RPing my own character i'd love to take on the role as an Quarren Exchange boss perhaps they could be a psudo advisory and we Sith in one of our operations to locate intellegence sources or war resorces get cought between the Crime Wars (mentioned on the Nar Shadaa page on swtor.com). We could either exterminate those who get in our way or explote them depending on where we decide to go.
